Armel Soyer

A generation of artists and craftsmen has joined an ambitious challenge and creative adventure instigated by Armel Soyer: a unique experience driven by her passion and dedication to twenty-first century design & decorative arts. Supported by a classical design concept, Armel Soyer Editions has adopted a global and contemporary approach to implement ‘savoir-faire’, sometimes forgotten. Recognized or emerging talents are united in a common search for inspiration, quality, rarity and excellence. Armel Soyer proposes to reharmonize contemporary design with the arts and crafts, reinjecting ornamentation, the richness of natural materials and adding poetry to contemporary design along the lines of the most outstanding achievements in the history of French decorative arts. Located in Paris, the gallery recreates a dialogue between the art object and its environment, like a twenty-first century period room. It also answers to commissioned artworks and accompanies specific projects. Armel Soyer also represents designers Emmanuel Bossuet, Ramy Fischler and Ruth Gurvich.
